Quick answers before you call

Do you cover my part of Florida?

Probably, but it depends on the day and the route. We're based in Middleburg and serve homeowners around North Florida and beyond. Give us your city or ZIP when you call us and we'll tell you straight whether we can reach you.

Which appliances do you repair?

Refrigerators, freezers, icemakers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washers, and dryers, gas and electric both. We're an independent company and work on most major brands. If your unit is unusual, describe it and we'll tell you whether it's in our wheelhouse.

Can lightning really break an appliance?

Yes. A nearby strike or a grid surge can take out the control board while the motor is still fine. The machine may power on and do nothing, or flash odd codes at you. Testing the board and wiring tells us whether the fix is small or not.

How soon can someone come out?

That depends on the day and where you live. Food spoilage and active leaks move to the front of our schedule. Call us early if you can, and we'll give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague all-day promise.

Should I repair or replace?

Age, part cost, and overall condition decide it. A five-year-old washer with a bad pump is usually worth fixing. A fifteen-year-old unit with a failed compressor often is not. We'll look at yours and give you an honest recommendation.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the noise

Describe what you see, hear, or smell. Buzzing, leaking, burning, or nothing at all. The model number helps if you can find the sticker. We'll ask a few questions and book a window that fits your day.

  2. Step 2

    We diagnose in person

A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room, tests the machine, and finds the part that actually failed. You'll hear what went wrong in plain words, then you decide whether repair or replacement makes better sense.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and retest

With your approval we finish the work and run the appliance through a real cycle before we pack up. Floors get wiped and the packaging leaves with us. You also get care tips for our salt air and storms.

Why homeowners call us

  • North Florida conditionsCoastal humidity rusts drain pans, and salt air chews on dryer vents near an outside wall. Lightning surges kill control boards in the middle of a storm. We see these failures constantly, so we know which part to check first instead of guessing.
  • Independent shopWe aren't tied to any manufacturer. We service refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers from most major brands, and our advice comes from what your machine needs rather than a brand sales script.
  • Snowbird schedulesAn empty house hides problems. An icemaker floods in March, or a fridge quits in July and nobody knows. We do season-open checks and season-close shutdowns, and we can coordinate with a neighbor or your property manager.
  • Straight answersSome machines are worth fixing and some are past it. If a repair doesn't make sense for the age and condition of your unit, we'll say so out loud, and you can put that money somewhere better.
  • All major brands, gas & electricIndependent service on Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and the rest.
  • Straight answersIf replacing beats repairing, you hear it from us first.

Broken appliances don't get cheaper by waiting

Get it looked at while it's still a small problem. A warm refrigerator loses groceries by morning, and a leaking washer soaks subfloor you can't see. A dryer with a clogged vent runs hot and risky. In Florida heat, small problems grow fast. Call us or send the quote form today.
