Appliance Repair in Florida

We fix home appliances across Florida. Our family works out of Middleburg, and we know what this state does to machines — salt air on coastal coils, humidity in dryer vents, summer lightning that takes out a control board overnight. Pick your city from the list below to see what we cover there. Or just call us and tell us what your appliance is doing.

What we repair in Florida

Questions Florida homeowners ask

How do I check that your company is legitimate before I let someone in my house?

Please do check. Ask us for our business name and address, then look us up yourself with the Florida Division of Corporations. Ask about insurance. Ask the technician to confirm the appointment details when he arrives. We are an independent repair company, not affiliated with any manufacturer, and we would rather you verify than wonder.

How soon can someone come out?

It depends on your city and the day. Call us and we will tell you the next honest opening instead of a vague promise. Snowbird season and post-storm weeks fill up faster, so earlier calls get better windows.

Which parts of Florida do you serve?

Our base is Middleburg, and we work with homeowners around the state. The city list on this page is the clearest answer. If you do not see your town, call and ask — coverage shifts by route and season.

What should I have ready when I call?

Brand and model number help most. The model tag usually hides inside the fridge, on the dishwasher door frame, or behind the dryer door. Also useful: what the appliance does, what noise it makes, any error code on the display, and how long it has been happening.

Do you work on all brands and all appliances?

We handle refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and freezers from all major brands. Some very old or very specialized units are hard to source parts for. Tell us the model on the phone and we will be straight with you about it.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the noise

Describe what you see, hear, or smell. Buzzing, leaking, burning, or dead silence. Model number helps if you can find the sticker. We ask a few questions and book a window that fits your day.

  2. Step 2

    We diagnose in person

A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room, tests the machine, and finds the actual failed part. You hear what went wrong in plain words, then decide whether repair or replacement makes better sense.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and retest

With your approval we complete the work, then run the appliance through a real cycle before packing up. Floors get wiped, packaging leaves with us, and you get care tips for our salt air and storms.

Questions worth asking any repair company

Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.

  • 1Ask for their license numberThen verify it with your state licensing board rather than taking it on trust.
  • 2Ask for proof of insuranceLiability cover protects you if something goes wrong in your home.
  • 3Get the quote in writingIncluding the trip fee, whether it's credited against the repair, and parts.
  • 4Ask how they handle callbacksIf the same fault returns, what happens? Get the answer before work begins.
  • 5Check their own reviewsLook the business up independently — their Google profile, not just what they tell you.

Why homeowners call us

  • North Florida conditionsCoastal humidity rusts drain pans. Salt air eats at outdoor-adjacent dryer vents. Lightning surges fry control boards mid-storm. We see these failures constantly and know which part to check first instead of guessing our way through.
  • Independent shopWe are not tied to any manufacturer, so we service refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers from most major brands. Our advice comes from what your machine needs, not from a brand sales script.
  • Snowbird schedulesEmpty houses hide problems. An icemaker that flooded in March, a fridge that quit in July. We handle season-open checks and season-close shutdowns, and we can coordinate with a neighbor or property manager.
  • Straight answersSome machines are worth fixing. Some are past it. If a repair does not make sense for the age and condition of your unit, we say that out loud so you can spend your money somewhere better.
  • All major brands, gas & electricWhirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and more — as an independent repair company.
  • Straight answersIf it isn't worth repairing, we'll say so — often on the phone.
